The cost is all inclusive (delivery, set up, and pick up)  $125.00 for Manatee County and $175.00 for Sarasota County.  Rush orders placed less than 72 hours of delivery (9pm the evening of delivery) will have an additonal $25.00 charge.  We deliver the flock after dark the night before the occasion.  We cannot guaratee an exact time, but guarantee the order will be delivered before dawn the day of the occasion.   We will pick up the display after dark the day of the occasion, or the next day, depending on the installers schedule.

DUE TO ALOT OF NEW CONSTRUCTION-  IF YOU CAN NOT STICK A PENCIL ALL THE WAY INTO THE GROUD, we can not guarantee install, we will not damage our signs and critters forcing them into the ground.  If the installer arrives at the delivery address and are unable to install due to groud conditions, you will receieve a 50% refund.

 

If the delivery address is not located in Manatee County or Sarasota County and the zip code is not listed in the "Submit your order" form drop down list, please email us at flamingosatlrg@aol.com with the delivery address and we will be happy to give you an exact quote.

Flamingos at Large will use this number to call if there is an issue locating the home, setting up the display or an issue with a gate guard.
Must be completed if you wish to have your receipt emailed to you or invoiced for you order.
Recipient
We install our yard displays AFTER DARK, the evening before the occasion. DISPLAYS ARE GUARANTEED ON THE LAWN BY DAWN! Example: Date of occasion is May 2nd, install date would be May 1st.
Details About The Home:
We can not install in Rocks or Shell areas. It damages our critters.
*If yes, arrangements need to be made for our installer to get in. Please provide a gate code, if necessary or let the gate guard know we are coming. NOTE: Flamingos at Large will not be held responsible if we are not given permission to enter the premises and a refund will NOT be given.

There will be no refund if we can not access a gated entry.
We want to even more quiet if there are dogs, so they do not wake the recipient. If there is a ring, please ask someone in the home to deactivate for a couple hours if possible.
If possible it is very helpful to have someone in the home know that we are coming. This way they can ensure the blinds are closed or alert you if the recipient may be home a little later than usual.
Please give as much description of the home as possible. Example: color of home, trim, front door and shutters, any special landscaping, decor in the yard such as a fountain, bird bath, decorative statue, flag, or special lighting.
Please provide the color, make and model of any cars that may be in the driveway.

IF YOU FILL OUT THE PERSONALIZED SIGN, IT WILL OVERRIDE THE SLOGAN.. PLEASE CHOOSE one or the other. The display will include a heavy duty sign with four lines of text that we will personalize for you. Each line allows for 12-15 characters per line. If the sign has too much information, it will look crowded and make it difficult to read. Please keep in mind, less is more.
Once your order is received you will be sent an invoice via email with payment options. Full payment must be received in order to reserve your display date and prior to the display being set up!
